NextPage® Addresses Information Risk Management at MER Conference 2007

Award Winning Document Management Company to Speak on Retention and Deletion Issues and Sponsor Podcasts With Industry Experts on Key Issues

DRAPER, UT--May 21, 2007 -- NextPage today announced that it will be exhibiting at the Managing Electronic Records (MER) Conference 2007 May 20-23 in Chicago, IL, at which Cydni Tetro, Vice President Product and Corporate Marketing, will be speaking on information risk management and monitoring compliance. At the event, NextPage will also be sponsoring the podcast series with key experts, including show presenters and vendors on industry issues such as compliance and document management and retention.

NextPage, a recent CODiE Award winner for Best Document Management solution, will showcase the company's flagship product, Document Retention, and how this unique solution will help enterprises implement an information risk management solution that works within the way end-users normally create, save, send and delete documents. NextPage Document Retention makes it easy to see exactly where at-risk enterprise documents are stored -- desktop, email attachments, shared drives or removable media -- apply document retention policies to those documents and monitor compliance across the whole enterprise. NextPage will also make available its free tool, Document Analyzer, which helps quantify the level of information risk represented by the documents created, shared and stored at the desktop.

NextPage will be recording podcast interviews with keynote speakers, technology leaders and companies regarding information risk management issues as part of the MERMoments podcast series. The Podcasts will be distributed to the MER audience and a selection of these podcasts will be available on PodTech.net. The podcasts can also be downloaded from our podcast page.

"Information risk management continues to be a hot topic among large organizations and is driving many of the conversations we have with existing and potential clients," said Darren Lee, President and CEO of NextPage. "Enabling compliance at the desktop level as well as managing the threat of corporate espionage and loss of intellectual property can be a frightening challenge, but a challenge that can be faced with a combination of the right policy and the right tools."
