NEXTPAGE SENIOR EXECUTIVES SELECTED BY PEERS IN vSPRING CAPITAL’S TOP 100 VENTURE ENTREPRENEURS

Darren Lee, Tom Ngo and Cydni Tetro Named Start-Up Leaders for the Fourth Consecutive Year

Draper, Utah – May 19, 2008 – NextPage, a leader in compliance and information risk management, today announced Darren Lee, President and Chief Executive Officer, Tom Ngo, Chief Technology Officer, and Cydni Tetro, Vice President for Products and Services, have been acknowledged in this year’s vSpring Capital v100 list for the fourth year in a row.

Nominations are submitted by their peer group to vSpring Capital followed by voting from the group of nominees. Those named to the vSpring Capital v100 list are selected by their peers as business leaders most likely to lead a successful start-up in the next five to seven years in the field of information technology.

Partnering with Microsoft Corp., Apple, Barclays Capital, BP, the British Library, Essilor, Intel Corporation, Statoil ASA and Toshiba to co-sponsor a submission to Ecma for the international standard for Microsoft Office Open XML document format technology.
